There are two things people could do.

1.You can request it in a deck-shop and the owner of the deckshop will either aprove or deny that request.
2.You can PM the deck to a YGO player here(Me, Blackwinggys and IDK who else)

I suggest you read this to choose what cards to use, and balance your deck count and consistency. It would also be better to focus on a "theme" to base your cards around.
