It is true that Effect Veiler is in the set as a Rare. On top of that, that is the only thing remotely interesting about this set.

Are you implying that Effect Veiler will get limited? If so please leave. You have lost any credibility. The limited list is for cards that are just all out super amazing. Effect Veiler is a great side deck card/tech. The day that it gets limited is the day that they bring back The Trinity. Effect Veiler is a -1 on top of everything, an amazing card but is a -1.

The only other card I saw that might be of interest is Cards of Consonance for exodia, other than that...meh
